The Cortices technique is the core technique of the BodyTalk System.  It is so powerful that we want to share it with everyone.  By including the Cortices Technique in your daily wellness plan, you will insure that your brain is functioning at peak performance.  Once the brain is functioning at that level, it can optimize the health of the body by making sure the right communications are taking place and the right instructions are going out.

Because we live is such a high stress world, our  brains are not working nearly as well as they could be.  Our fight-or-flight system has hijacked the functioning of the brain and is keeping us in survival mode.  The ordinary stressors of modern life are financial situations, work pressures, relationships, environmental pollutants and toxins in our foods, and the daily stress of driving and staying alive on the roads.
