As of 12/4/2017, I am now a member of the Turtle Island Provider Network. It is a tribal health center and is an independent office not subject to state or federal regulations or medical boards. This means that all types of therapy may be available without restrictions. It also means that all treatment costs and membership expenses are tax exempt and tax deductible.
Further, it means that all records are completely confidential, not shared with insurance plans or government agencies and not subject to subpoenas or other legal coercement. The tribe has a separate insurance plan available that does meet the requirements of Obamacare. If you are interested, please contact the tribe directly for more information.
How does this benefit you, the client? As a member of the Turtle Island Provider Network, I am now able to provide Mind-Body medicine and micro current therapy to all my clients. Since the Avazzia micro current device is approved under the FDA’s TENS unit classification, most insurance companies cover micro current therapy which is a benefit to you. As for Healthcare Spending Accounts, all treatments associated with micro current are eligible expenses as well.
To receive treatment at a tribal health center you do not need to be a member of a tribe. It is available to anyone who purchases a membership. Memberships are available for 1 day, 30 days or a full year. Spouses and family members can be added at reduced rates. All clients are required to purchase a membership as a condition for receiving treatment. Any disputes arising between members of the tribe are subject to tribal law and arbitration and may not be brought before civil courts.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy:
We kindly request you give us 24 hour advance notice when rescheduling your appointment. You will be charged the full amount for ‘no show,’ and for rescheduling in less than 24 hours.
